"Buying my new Subaru Crosstrek from Phil Long Subaru was a positive experience from start to finish. My salesperson, Jackie O, was always available to work with me to buy for an affordable price. Jackie was always in constant contact with me and returning calls immediately with her friendly and concerned abilities. The training session from Christy was an added exdtra benefit. My last Subaru was 10 years old so there was so much to learn about the new one. Christy was extrememly generous with her time to go through everything on the car. The gift from Subaru of the $20 amount on a credit card was an additional treat. Lastly, based on past experience with my 4 Subaru cars, the service department is excellent. I highly recommend this professional dealership."

"The buying experience was exceptional, one of the best ever. The sales woman was great. I did not give a 5 star review because of the aftermarket masking. We purchased this option after the car was bought. It was very expensive, and it did not protect any of the parts on the front of the car that are the most exposed to road abuse. We thought they forgot to do the front. But was informed by our sales woman, that they do not do the bumper or the grill. I guess they must count the whole front of the car as the bumper. This was to say the least very disappointing. My wife reached out to them on different levels and different people, without success. I have masked all of my vehicles and they always include the front of the car. I would strongly suggest that you are Very cautious about masking through the dealership. Update on 3.5.24. I did reach out to the dealership by phone, and my wife went into the dealership in person. Unfortunately, they did not do anything to make this better as per their response. I just want people to be aware of any add ons to their car. If I have any updates I will update this post."
"I had a great experience with Subaru Dealer in GWS buying my car and Stephanie who sold it to me was absolutely terrific to work with. I absolutely love my New SUBI and I feel like I got great product for my money. Entire process was easy quick and enjoyable. I support Subaru because they SUPPORT many charities and especially Rescue Dogs and so am I.I highly RECOMMEND leaving your dollars LOCALLY versus driving to Denver. I am happy i DID !"
"I drove an hour to look at cars but when I arrived, there was a staff meeting. An employee offered to help, said it might be a couple of minutes and then left me to wait (and never checked in again) for 30 minutes. I entertained myself by doing some work until I ran out of things to do, then left. I understand that things can take a little time but to leave a customer waiting for half an hour with no updates or information is pretty unacceptable. I will make the two hour drive to Denver next time to avoid giving Phil along Subaru my money."
