"I’ve been coming to this location and experienced rude employees and including the manager and assistant manager. They had me Double Pay on their Drive In signs. Terrible experience for a refund. The employee made me feel like I wasn’t understanding what’s going on with my transactions and double charged me. Also the manager had an attitude with me and my transaction. Unfortunately I’m never coming back to this location and would not recommend. I do notice the difference from another location that never double charge me or have any Employee argue with me."

"I asked for a corn dog and a peach cream slush and they give me a burnt corn dog and a regular peach slush which is literally a drink at this point. I said o ordered a peach cream slush and the guy has an attitude. Seriously?! Even the people next to me had issues with their food and the carhop’s were just laughing like children. Very poor service every time, I don’t know why I thought tonight would be any different. Had to throw the corn dog away it was so burnt."

"I have been to many places and even worked fast food myself and this morning I came and received the worst customer service I've ever seen. They girl taking my order was so rude you could practically hear her rolling her eyes behind the speaker. She acted like she wanted to be anywhere else than there. She acted annoyed with every word I said. I'll be finding a different location to use from now on. Because that attitude is unacceptable and kinda ruined my morning."

"Ordered rt44 lemonade with easy ice , carhop person brought me a large lemonade. I understand mix ups happen. He then brought out the right size drink but it was mainly ice with a splash of lemonade."

"Pretty good. Wait varies. Update: the wait was super long at 745pm Update 2: The wait was long again. After learning about the bracelets the car hops wear. They are scanning and just letting the drinks and food sit there. Picture is how I got my slush. Melted. Had to drink it to half to get actual slush."
