"When I called to get an appointment I was asked several questions to make sure my information in their system was current and correct. The next day when I appeared for my appointment I was again asked many of the same questions. Three minutes later when I was escorted from the waiting room the lady escorting me began asking me, while looking at the data sheet (that was just printed and handed to her from the lady that had just asked me all those questions) those same questions again! I wonder how the doctor would like to answer a series of questions to verify their credentials and are they actually the doctor/clinic that I’ve been seeing for the last 26 years at least twice before they could meet with me. The PA was excellent!!"
