Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"I reached out to Freddy's about my long wait, wrong order, and missing food at the link provided. Was told that the franchise would contact me. It's been two weeks and no one from Freddy's has reached out. They say to contact them to make it right, but they never reply."

"Here is my experience wait in line for 2 minutes and nobody even takes the order they just tell you to wait. I didn't order today I left. Usually after ordering it takes almost 15 minutes to get the food. I imagine that they don't take their orders right away because it would show the true wait times to corporate and I hope that this somehow does get to corporate because this is the most ridiculous Freddy's somehow does get to corporate because this doesn't happen to other Freddy's nor does the food take 15 minutes to get at other Freddy's"

"Took twenty minutes wrong order they were out of napkins and straws. Several other customers came in from the drive-through complaining that their order was wrong. Staff was rude. Terrible experience. Definitely not going back. Also ordered a pup cup. Did not get it when I asked about it they told me I had to wait at least another 10 minutes because it was made of custard or something. I did not wait."

"My family and I ordered through Freddy's online app today for the Freddy's off highway 6 & 50, and one of us ordered a regular sized cheese curd. We drove through the drive through & picked up the order after pre-paying on the app. When we got back to our house, we realized the cheese curds were not in the bag, but all our other food was. Not a huge deal, but we decide to give the restaurant a call so we could pick up our cheese curds at some point. My mom goes to call, and the worker on the line tells her that they are out of cheese curds and they can't give her a refund. Obviously, this is not okay, and my mom proceeds to say just that. You cannot pay for food, not receive it, and be told you cannot get a refund. My mother may have been frustrated, but the worker then starts telling the people around her that my mom is screaming at her over the phone. She was not screaming or yelling at anyone. That was completely unprofessional. Then when my mom confronts her when she's back on the line, telling the worker that she wasn't screaming at anybody. The worker denies saying it & proceeds to HANG UP ON HER! My mom calls back and asks to speak to a manager. The "manager" (we weren't sure this actually was a manager) finally agrees to get her information, so the next time she goes to town she can pick up cheese curds. The workers were incredibly rude, unprofessional & ridiculous over something that could have been 1. Said to us when we picked up our food, 2. Replaced with something else, or 3. Just apologize and offer to pick up the cheese curds when they get more. I will not be returning to this Freddy's establishment. If you wish to go to one, visit the one off Horizon Drive instead."
