"If I could give this location negative stars I would. I come to drive-through after work at 11:30 PM, the lady working drive thru was very rude, you could can hear it in her tone. I got up to the window she stuck her hand out (assuming for payment because she didn’t talk) yanked my card out of my hand rolling her eyes. Then she shoves the bag into my hands after. I straight up told her she was very rude and unpleasant and she should consider a different job because she lacks customer service! Do not go here at night I don’t know about the day but UGH disgusting attitude!!"

"At around 4:30 p.m on 12/9/23 I purchased food and two oreo McFlurries - they were given to me half full. I politely asked (the manager I believe) if they could please be filled to the top. His respo se was "This is how we do them, honey". #1. I'm not your honey, I'm a customer with a request. #2. McDonalds is a multi-billion dollar business and they can't fill the small cup to the top??? Shame on you! Everyone - go to small businesses... they actually care about their customers."

"We were trying to redeem a TON of points and the app only lets you redeem one free item per transaction and it makes you wait 15 minutes before you can use another. James and his manager Chris were very patient as we were being super difficult trying to figure out the best way to do it. Super friendly and very helpful!"

"All went well, food warm, quick service. This McDonald's restaurant in Clifton is busy so it has issues some times. Today everything was clicking. Sometimes I park and go inside to order at the counter so I can more carefully check my order while standing boots on the ground to haggle and fix errors and then carry it out. This is much better than getting stuck in the drive thru with a complex set of mistaken items. It might take a few more minutes but I enjoy the peace of mind and certainty. When an order gets mixed up bad, like fish instead of burger, no milkshake, half the fries and they are smashed and soggy, my wife feels I may have caused this status. So certainty that the order is true and right has many rewards! My suggestion - rather than end up a whiner, get up and go negotiate for meal success face to face."
