Dollar Tree

"today I walked in happy as I searched for gifts bags, tissue paper & bows. I approached the register for check out. The manager Billie Joe ignored me as I stood waiting to be cashed out. I simply said I am ready to check out. She turned and gave me a rude look. Billy Joe announced on the intercom for an employee to come to the register. The employee replies to Billy Joe, I hear you. Billy Joe said" well there's an upset customer"! I kindly replied "I'm not upset, I'm just ready to check out"! I don't know why people who work with the publice are so rude to the customers. Billy Joe needs to remeber its us custmers who give her a paycheck. So rude......"

"The manager Billie Jo. Is rude. Poor customer service. Lack interpersonal skills. I did not feel welcomed in the store. Quickly judged. Snappy about no refunds. Accepted the policy. She just snapped at me, rushed me and glared the whole time."

"Very rude employee in the store that indicated that she hates the people that shop at this store. She let me k ow that the people who shop at this store are very trashy people. Says native Americans are trashy. But no public trash available outside of the store. How sad. She should be happy to serve and not be rude."

"This store was so clean and organized! I could actually find what I was looking for. Will probably make a trip from Farmington whenever I need items at Dollar Tree because I did not have to walk around boxes of inventory or sort through a mess. Such a good experience. Great customer service and did not have to wait in a huge line. Noticed that they had inventory I had not seen at the Farmington locations as well. This location should be a model for how all the stores in the area keep their store."
