"Wife ordered online went and picked up our order. They were out of the first drink and didn't call to inform us, they didn't have all the bags of chips in the order so she had to go back and get a bag. The steak on the sandwhich didn't seem to be cooked all the way, the cheese wasn't melted and they really skipped on what should be on it. Just straight up laziness from the employees."

"The lady and the younger guy were nice. The taller guy with the beard was rude when we asked for more vegetables and we mentioned that they were frozen and he seemed angry he made the young lady finish making the sandwiches and stormed off to help someone else. Tables and floors were all dirty and was very messy."

"Very busy(the subway on Patterson across from Mall) . Seven orders in front of me. The staff worked very fast. 6 pm I arrived, 623pm out the door. Orders (all 5) were correct and tasted well."

"Bread was burnt, stale, and black on ends. We were the only people in the establishment yet the place looked unkempt and dirty. The two gentleman who were working were in the back. They were quiet and uninterested in customer service. When we were done purchasing our food, they both returned to the back out of sight where they remained until we left. Unfortunately we will not be back to this establishment to spend money when we can get a better experience elsewhere."
