"Traci Fruhwirth was appointed to be a CFI in a matter I was involved in. Her report was favorable to me and reflected as such in the judgement,but she was extremely unprofessional throughout the process. She had to reschedule interviews and visits with every person involved,with less than 24 hours notice at least twice, and some more than once. She completely made a false statement on my behalf,luckily it had no bearing on the outcome. She also filed her report late. A report she had months to complete. If you see her name as a potential CFI in a matter you’re involved with I recommend you vehemently object. She should NOT be doing this work,it’s obviously a side gig she does not take serious. A CFI can have a major impact on families,and should not be taken lightly."

"Cheryl is unprofessional and rude. If you want a Lawyer who wants to take the path of least resistance in a Divorce, choose Cheryl. If you want someone who is going to provide appropriate Legal representation and work on behalf of their client... not against them, choose someone else. Cheryl would email proposals from the other Attorney and plainly state "What's your response?". She wouldn't give any legal direction or act like she cared for the needs of her client. When asked what her legal argument would be if the case went to Court, she became rude and decided we should part ways. After speaking with several other divorce attorneys, they all agreed that we weren't asking for anything unreasonable and offered to take our case. Incredibly disappointed with Cheryl's representation and I wouldn't recommend her for any Divorce. It was a waste of time and money selecting her to Represent our case."
