"We had an amazing experience at WS. First time trying vegan sushi, was not disappointed. The ramen was creamy and spicy. The spam in the onigiri was spot on. The sushi rolls looked incredible and the taste matched. I'm not sure what magical ingredients they used but we were blown away by the final product. We went on a Monday at 3. Food came out quick. Very nice people."

"absolutely blown away by this vegan sushi spot. such rich flavor, texture, design and sensory journey. as someone who's lived in both seattle and nyc and tried the available vegan options, i am utterly amazed that such an incredible vegan sushi restaurant exists here in denver of all places. seattle might be a close 2nd but the quality and deliciousness of the vegan sushi rolls here is simply unparalleled. i brought my non vegan family here and they were absolutely blown away by how incredible these rolls were and indistinguishable from actual fish. my only dissatisfaction was i ordered 3 rolls and some tonkotsus and the rolls took some time to come but my goodness was it worth the wait. the chef/host was so kind, humble and patient. loved the decor and atmosphere of the place. do note the floor feels a bit slippery. can't wait to come here again and again each time i visit family in denver. thank you on behalf of all vegans and sentient beings for sharing your marvelous skill and art with the world!! cannot recommend this highly enough"
