Reviews of Clarke Farms
"Very nice neighborhood. I went to visit a friend"
"I had an HOA Board member tell me I should mov to o. a different neighborhood because he didn’t like me. I was hit with violations for things that existed before I even bought the house which had never received a violation before, literally as my house was under contrast. They waste water and money replacing grass just to have to replace it again a couple years later. The board is like a social club where they use everyone’s money for their personal interests with little regard to what the community wants. Someone was once cited for flying a Mexican flag because only US flags are allowed to be flown. Theft is rampant. Illegal parking is a regular occurrence thanks to American Academy. Not only does the HOA pick and choose what to enforce, but they also pick and choose who they are going to enforce against. HOA’s come with personal sacrifice, but this one is uniquely corrupt and political. If you don’t want a corporation and a board full of entitled egomaniacs playing games with your life for entertainment, don’t move here."
"Association fees go up every year and the quality of the subdivision goes down. There are a ton of much better neighborhoods in Parker. They’re still at it. They think a trash can in front of a garage door is the reason the neighborhood looks awful. Maybe one day they’ll realize it’s the dead lawns, dead trees, junk cars that never move, unapproved paint colors and general disrepair. I guess as long as they’re collecting their fees (and trying to charge $100 for a trash can left out for a couple of days), they’re happy."
"I lived in Clark Farms for about 6 years. It's a good neighborhood in the middle of Parker. If you have a family, it's a great place to live. There are always kids around to make friends with and the HOA isn't too strict (at least, it wasn't when I was there). They also do a neighborhood event with music, bounce houses, and petting zoo each year that is always a lot of fun."
"Friendly and clean neighborhood. Neighbors wave and say "hi" when we walk our dog, which is always pleasant. Never seen a yard too untamed before so everything looks nice"
