Upfront they were great until I dealt with the attorney they assigned me to. She was very insensitive, had low-lethargic energy & unsupportive; some of her response times for my concerns took several business days for her to get back. The final time that this happened was exactly 4 business days for a response by her. I fired the firm because she stressed me out more than I was before I hired them to take my case. Plus, not 1 phone call from her to try to save the account. Still haven't had one from the firm. The customer service for being on the man's side was awful. Do not hire these guys on a whim just because you listen to Sports Radio. Get a referral through a friend."
