"I had an unexpected opportunity to go to Europe for business and decided that we wanted to include a family vacation while we were there. There was not a lot of planning time, this was our first trip to Europe and I was completely overwhelmed. Heather took care of everything! We met in person- twice- and it felt like she really cared. She was as invested in our having a great trip as we were. She answered my many email questions and arranged for us to visit Paris and Amsterdam in style after my business trip to Geneva. I will use Heather again for my adventure travel! P.S. This review is long overdue. We traveled end of October, but my husband had unexpected surgery and long recovery shortly after we returned home.
