"The ramen is SOO good. Folks, you gotta try this place out. The soup is a perfect amount of richness and saltiness. And by the way it isn’t as salty as many of the other ramen places are. The noodle was chewy and soft at the same time. It goes so well with everything else in the soup. We also ordered two bao - pork belly and eggplant. The pork belly one had an amazing flavor that’s savory and sweet. The eggplant is fried to perfection- sooo crispy, I love it!! This is definitely gonna be one of our favorites in Boulder."

"We came in during a slow time, and got great service. Food was amazing all around. Tried the Black Tonkotsu and Pork Belly Bao. Mushrooms were perfect, pork was delicious, noodles are made in house and awesome. Loved the experience!"

"On 10/27/2023 me and my wife went to try the ramen, the owner gave us some sugestions and I ordered the Black Tonkotsu and my wife ordered Spicy Bulgogi (chicken) everything it was okay until she found the chicken butt skin full of feathers, that was disgusting just to look at it. I was waiting for the owner to come over but the server saw me and she approached us, when I told her about the feathers she apologize but I want to think that the owner never came to hear our complain because by then they were busy (no excuse). Hopefully nobody goes through that experience with their meals."

"Delicious food, nice space, friendly staff. We did a lunch date here today. We got udon, Singapore noodles, and the duck, bulgogi, and eggplant bao buns. Duck was my favorite; my wife's was the bulgogi. Every dish was very flavorful. A little saltier than I prefer."
