"The food was amazing and we ordered a little too much for the two of us, but everything exceeded expectations for flavor and presentation. I did have to ding them a little as they appeared to be understaffed at our visit compared to the full house of guests."

"A coworker and I were looking for a place to have sushi for lunch, and both of us were pleasantly surprised to have found Mika's. It's an unassuming restaurant tucked into a street mall. The unpretentious decor is dark wood from the floors to the tables, with the focal point being a pink lit wall behind the sushi bar. The menu comes with both written descriptions and photos of various items. Ordering is done by entering a number next to your selection and handing it to the server. We ordered the dancing shrimp roll, the Fuji roll, and the summer roll. They were all decadently delicious. The flavors popped into your mouth like a flashing light bulb, instantly hitting every taste bud. Their prices are what you'd expect for fresh, well-made sushi ranging from $7 for simple rolls to $16 for specialty rolls. My coworker and I highly recommend Mika's if you want delicious sushi."

"Surprisingly amount of food in the combo dinners. Got a salad and soup as well. Would be nice to be able to pick different pieces with the combo but still yummy"

"Frankly I'm surprised I haven't tried this out sooner. My girlfriend and I were craving sushi one night, and I just kind of recalled this place because I frequent the plaza that it's in for other things now and then and it was nearby where we live. For a strip mall sushi joint this place was great, excellent food excellent service, very crowded We sat up at the actual sushi bar and watched the magicians work their magic and create beautiful dishes including our own. Highly recommend this place if you're in Arvada and you're looking for some good sushi!"

"This is my 3rd time here. It’s always so delicious, and their plating is amazing! Today was an ice elephant sculpture!! I had the Sweet heart roll and the Naruto roll. My husband had the lunch special and ordered the Philadelphia, spicy tuna & Alaska rolls."
