Her fee for a one hour meeting was typical, $200. However. when the client chose to save $3,000 to manage paperwork herself, she met with four weeks of failure to return phone calls. When we finally made a follow-up appointment to ask a couple of questions before submission, the client was treated with disrespect, rudely spoken to and demeaning in tone.
