"Had a philips bit stuck in my tire causing a slow leak, showed up at 4:45 P.M. They were honest with me and told me it would be a long wait time. They recommended I come back first thing in the morning rather than wait. So I showed up at 7:30 A.M. the next day, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a free patch and tire that was good as new. Fantastic service (and great coffee). Big O has never disappointed."

"Went into this location the other day for an air check, as my tires were sending a signal to check the air pressure. Location is huge, bright, clean and the employees were helpful and professional. Carlos quickly started to help me with it. The car is a 2023 with under 5000 miles on it. So obviously, there was no need to discuss replacing any of the tires. But the free service, with Carlos, was pleasant, quick and reliable. Carlos was super helpful, friendly and so very polite, yet still genuine. I have a son around his age, and I sincerely hope that my son is interacting with the public, with even half as much of the incredibly polite and respectful nature, that Carlos maintained throughout my visit."

"Have used this shop for 2 of our vehicles over the last couple years with excellent service each time. Recently dropped off my car for repair, and instead received a phone call after their inspection/diagnostics that the issue was likely an engine warranty issue. Rather than just doing the work and charging us, they had me call the dealer, and sure enough it was an engine warranty-covered issue. Saved us thousands! "Ended up with a nail in back tire that went in at the wrong angle having to be replaced. I was told that since it’s an all wheel drive vehicle all four had to be replaced. Only had 22,000 miles on the tires. I replaced all four tires at almost $900 only to receive a coupon in the mail for $100 off four days later. I called them to see if I could use the hundred dollar coupon since it hasn’t been a week. They said coupons are generated from a purchase & couldn’t be used but would offer $100 for future.Unbelievable that $100 means so much to a large business instead of making a customer completely satisfied. It would’ve been really nice if they could’ve credited me $100 back to my charge account since Christmas is coming and being a senior & disabled I could really use the extra money. It’s gonna be a while before I’ll need tires again and I have a mechanic that does everything else. Disappointed since me & my son have been coming here for tires. Really thought customers meant something to them, since in the past I’ve been treated very well. Too bad I really thought this place was it for being the one place to get tires when we have so many places to go to in Falcon. Definitely shop around!"
