While they diagnosed the issue they shuttled me home, and picked me up when done. When more work was required they set everything up so that on a future appointment the last repairs went off without a hitch."

I recently had an issue with my family car, which is the only car we have that fits our family. "Got an alignment recently, the drive home was lackluster. I still had a front end issue. Tried calling back asking very nicely if once the part is replaced if they could just do another 20min toe/go to help me out. The answer was an instant “NO” I would need to pay another $140.00 for an alignment. Not cool. It took 20 minutes the first time, what’s the big deal to offer a 20min alignment after a quick part has been replaced? I don’t understand. What I do understand is at least it only cost me $140.00 to know what kind people this company has employed, and their view of doing “good” business. Sometimes just helping someone out with a quick, easy, fast job could earn you more business in the long run. Also why didn’t their tech catch that maybe the vehicle wasn’t ready for an alignment and advise replacing the part first? Instead they just took my money and sent me down the road. As for me I will never recommend this company to anybody nor will I ever call/use their services again."

"My experience is very pleasant overall. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. After the service oil change, and tire rotation. They gave me a full detail inspection of my vehicle, and make me aware of some things to keep an eye on, which is a welcoming change compare to other services. Plus the waiting area is very clean, and comfortable. Definitely recommend them."

"Absolutely wonderful people work here. Very few companies are willing to go the extra mile. This company took my oversized pickup in when no other lube shop would. The truck weighs too much for even their lifts, however they made it possible and got it done. Traveling construction is hard enough as it is. CBA cared enough to make it a little easier.
