"I love this shop! Everyone there is professional and caring about your vehicle. I ordered shocks, rear airbags, rims, tires, and some other things. There was a bit of a delay in receiving the items because of supply issues but everything was delivered as promised. The experience of sitting with Josh in his office and going over the build was great. Nothing was pushed on me. He wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. When the first set of tires I ordered wouldn’t balance correctly they talked to me about other options to make sure everything was done properly. I went with another tire and I’m glad I did. They did the alignment and checked everything on the truck. Brian is another notable mention as he went above and beyond to drive me home when I dropped my truck off and kept me in the loop as to how things were progressing. When I returned to get my retorques done, they did it without any delay. They care about their customers and will go the extra mile to make things right. Buying quality products it won’t be cheap but SoCo will work with your budget to set you up for success. They know the products they sell and warn you of the pros and cons of each product. They are not focused on up selling you unnecessary products. We stayed within my budget and I got exactly what I wanted in the end. It was determined that I didn’t need to replace my isolator mounts and instead of just doing it and charging me for it they returned the parts and saved me some money.
