"It was easy to make a same day appointment for a minor repair on my car. Check-in process was smooth. The associate checking it in (Stephanie) did a good job ensuring she understood the reason for the appointment and setting expectations for turnaround time and communication methods. The issue report was detailed and it was easy to understand the recommended work to be done and the criticality. Price for the base repair was very reasonable given the cost of parts. The price for replacing the cabin air filter (recommended on the report) was really too high given they were already working on the vehicle for other reasons, but I could see it itemized and decline (default was to decline for all services, each service I wanted had to be affirmatively selected, which is ideal from my perspective). Repair time was quick (parts were in stock)."

"A local shop up the road (Springs Automotive Group) kept our 2015 Honda Civic with 60k miles for 1 entire week only to tell us we needed a new transmission because it was slipping. The replacement would be $5800. We towed it to Honda for a second opinion. The same day, they said there was a loose pressure switch and it was leaking transmission fluid all over the bottom of the car. They cleaned the mess, tightened the switch, and replaced the fluid. 1 day later, we had our car back! It's working great and the fix was $300. We can't thank Honda enough for their professionalism and efficiency! Terri was so sweet and a joy to work with! We have a baby due in October and they saved us thousands of dollars. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!"

"I am HIGHLY disappointed with the service manager. Very disrespectful, getting in my face, running his mouth off to me when we had been patiently waiting for our car to be serviced on which we had for about 3 days. They flat out ignored us and made us wait for about 25min or so. Then when I finally came up to ask to see if anybody knew we were there, a man came to help us when the “service manager” walked up and was blatantly being so quick to be absolutely rude and condescending. If it’s the one thing I don’t appreciate, is attitude, and people ignoring me. I have a 0 tolerance policy. Especially when we already had a booked appointment. I especially thought he was going to hit me and I was in fear of my life. DO NOT COME TO THIS SERVICE CENTER FOR ANYTHING!! Let alone buying a car! I in fact, think I’m going to follow up with a police report. Yelling and getting in somebody’s face is the LEAST Most Unprofessional thing I think you can do ever. Because that kind of behavior is unacceptable."

She has been writing honda service for many years and is extremely knowledgeable about the product line and what are the appropriate services for each vehicle should be, and at what mileage. She is very trustworthy and reliable. the team of techs that she works with are factory trained-and that makes a huge difference in their ability to properly diagnose and troubleshoot problems that are sometimes “known” issues. their pricing is fair and competitive and they offer discounts (aaa, sr citizen, military, and coupons/promotions). i highly recommend and respect Stephanie- she does a great job! She doesn’t make promises she can’t keep and does a great job of following up. Sometimes, even the best laid plans get messed up, but Steph does everything she can to keep that from happening.
