"They patched my tire after getting a nail in it and gave me a quote for new tires…didn’t charge me for the patch. Ordered them and then changed the tire I wanted after doing more research. They accommodated my request. Mike was great to work with. I’ve been getting tires here for several years and can’t recommend this location enough. It’s a group of hard working tire professionals!"

"I went to the wrong Big O Tires, and by the time I realized it, I was 30 minutes late for my appointment. I got to the right one, they were busy and very close to closing. I talked to Robert and he was so cool. He took my car, oil change, right in and my oil change was done. Robert was professional, nice, and went above to get my car done right then and there. I called and asked about possible tire repair and getting my sensors recalibrated since I just bought my car 3 days ago from another state and they were not reading correctly. He told me to come in and let me know there would be about an hour wait. When I arrived he had everything ready; I just handed over my keys and went for a walk. Quick, easy, painless. Will be returning in the future."
