"Everyone here was SUPER nice and helpful, however I am weary of this location after my first two visits. I was told at my first visit that the drain plug to my oil pan was stripped and cross threaded, and that all they could do was put a temporary plug in it, requiring a brand new oil pan at my next oil change. I waited a few days to decide what to do, and when I came back to the same location, same people worked on my car, and suddenly, my car did not need a new oil pan, the drain plug was fine, and I got my oil change like normal. I’m not sure if this was a miscommunication between employees, or an upselling tactic, but I recommend anyone going here to get a second opinion before agreeing to extra services."

"I'm thrilled to leave this 5-star rating for these excellent staff members! I wish I knew their names (I visited the Austin Bluffs/Academy location around 2:30pm on 12/30/2023). About 10 years ago, I had a terrible experience at this location and promised myself I'd never go back there. However, my car was desperate for an oil change and they were the closest location to me today. I am SO glad. This team of three truly restored my trust in this location. They are very well-versed (there's a young lady who provided some really great tips for me and I could tell she really knows her stuff!). I could also tell that this team is like a 'family'. I enjoyed listening to how they bantered back and forth as well as watching how they all worked together. I will absolutely go back to this location when my next oil change is due! Keep up the great work!"
