"Trevor and his team were awesome at dealing with me and my truck. I was sent to them and they did a great job fixing some body work and paint on my 2019 Laramie 2500. "Had my Tacoma detailed at McCloskey's on 5/10/2023 after my wife bought me an Executive Detail package. Was told the job would take 3 to 4 hours. Dropped my truck off at 8am. Apparently the Executive Package does not include buffing out scratches and polishing off the front headlamps as I was quoted another $169 for those add-ons. Didn't hear from the manager for six hours so my wife took me back at 2:30. One employee informed me he only had the headlamps to buff which would take 15 minutes, so my wife headed home. A few minutes later another employee stated it would be an additional two hours as he had not buffed the outside of the truck. I was finally able to take my truck home after 4:30, 8-1/2 hours after it was dropped off and they still charged me the $169 additional to buff out the scratches and headlamps. Now, the employees who worked on my truck did a great job as my 2012 Tacoma looks fabulous and I thank them! However, the manager controlling the flow of jobs dropped the ball. It's poor management to tell a customer a job is going to take 3 to 4 hours when it actually takes over 8 hours. Providing that kind of mis-information results in reviews like this one."

"Pictures don't do their work justice. Took my mom's 2018 vehicle in to be detailed. Interior and exterior and have a few door dings taken care of. Looked about as close to brand new as I could imagine! Fantastic work, great people and I could really tell they took pride in their work. A thorough walk around and explanation of everything they addressed. As a bonus, they are close by which made it really convenient. Great job!"
