"We were not looking forward to getting the hail damage to our car repaired, as the previous time this occurred, we were faced with excessive hassle, long waits, incomplete repairs, and a provider refusing to honor their estimate. Based on community recommendations, we brought our vehicle to Paramount for repair. We are extremely satisfied with the whole process with them as well as the result. Bobby was clear and professional and set realistic time-frames that they not only met, but exceeded. Our vehicle was started on the same day the drop off was scheduled, and was completed half a day earlier than promised! When his estimate did not match up with our insurance companies estimate, he was clear exactly what the issue was and was able to resolve it with our provider quickly and upfront. No funny business. No surprise extra bill. We are more than completely satisfied and we are bringing our other hail damaged car to Paramount for repair."
