"My first experience at M&T auto was very positive. My car needed some pretty extensive work on the engine, and I was a little intimidated, but the guys at M&T really made the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. They were very honest and transparent with me throughout the process, unlike some other car repair shops. When another problem was discovered during the repairs, they didn't try to push me to address it right away or upsell me. That was something I really appreciated. When I picked up the car, one of the employees kept the old broken part and showed me first hand what was wrong with it. I really appreciated that because at most shops, you don't get to see things like that, and you're mostly in the dark. They coordinated with the local Kia dealer to see if my warranty would cover the extensive cost of repair, and while they wouldn’t cover it, I appreciated the mindfulness and care associated with the effort.
