"Took my car to them 3 times each time because I was having transmission issues. All 3 times they said it was something else. Last time was 3 weeks ago she wasn't shifting properly. Brought it in on Monday. They told me it was the intake manifold. Due to improper pricing to the warranty company the problem wasn't fixed till Friday. No calls to inform me the status were made during this time. I had to call to inquire about what was happening. Got my car back Friday. On my way to Trinidad on Saturday the same issue I brought it in for occurred. Took it back Sun. Was told to call back on Monday. Monday came, I called because once again I was never contacted by them. Was told we were waiting on the warranty company. When I called back Tuesday it was his day off and no one knew about what was going on. Long story I was told to bring it in the following Tuesday. A full 2 weeks after I brought it in. Called Tuesday and once again he was off. I talked to a manager who apologized and assured me Josh Hall would call me in the morning to sort this out. At 930 the next morning. I stop by the dealership after no contact and was told they coul fit me in Friday! " You realize that we're on the third week right?" "Friday or next week is the earliest we have." Later that afternoon the check engine light came on. So I took it back. The work was completed on Friday and he finally called me back. But only to sell some more repairs. Horrible experience I don't suggest it."
