"I had been coming here for over TEN years. It was Al Serra then. In the past YEAR, this business has changed significantly. First, your appointments for service are NOT appointments, they’re windows in which you can stop by with 5 other people to bring your car by. Oil changes take an hour and a half. No, literally. And their integrity? Let’s just say they told me it would be a $180 diagnostic for my squeaky door hinge. No electrical components. Just so someone can look at the metal. Oh, and repairs are cost on top of that. When the hinge just needed to be bent back into level…. It’s a robbery facility. They do NOT care about you, your time, or your vehicle being maintained- they literally only care about moving you through like an assembly line at immense cost to you. Do NOT spend your money here. This is a top down toxicity of the company that would implement protocols like that to begin with. After a decade of coming here and 20 years with Chevrolet in general- I have to say goodbye for the first time to dealership service."
