"I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change today, using the coupon emailed for the Winter Prep Package at $69.99. I was told since my vehicle used synthetic oil, it would be $89.99, which I was totally fine with. I asked if I would be able get the additional services included in the Winter Prep Package and was told no. Then I was informed that they also did not have any oil filters for my vehicle (I have had my oil changed here previously) but I was welcome to go across the street and get one and they could change the oil-still charging me $89.99. This is horrible customer service (actually no customer service), I have been coming here for a few years now. Based on this experience, I may need to look for a new place to get my oil changed. You are welcome to contact me if you would like to make this right. I cannot tell you how disappointing this is, and I was also told there was no manager there so...."
