"I have used different UPS stores for the notary service and they charge me $15 per document, which is the most that is allowed by state law. This store seems to not adhere to this state law because they charge $15 per notary stamp, which a stamp is required for each signature. When I brought this to their attention the “supervisor” gave me some nonsense reply. Then she called the manager and in the end refused service to us!! I will never use this store again! You’ll be charged twice as much as is allowed by state law."

"I have been going to this UPS store for at least 4 years. Not one single issue. The staff is always courteous, professional, and provide EXCELLENT customer service. This place is awesome. I give them kudos for often dealing with ill-prepared, arrogant, rude, and entitled customers. Lord knows, they handle those folks better and much friendlier than I could.
