"Absolutely the worst experience with a Title Company that I have ever had. Unorganized, uncooperative and dishonest. I had to complete title company's duties to receive a release letter from my prior mortgage company on the day of my closing because in over a week's time they couldn't manage to complete what they needed to do for the closing to occur. Very rude conversations with Crystal Kittelman, who is a manager and clearly not educated on treating customers with respect and kindness. Crystal was flippent, had a very abrasive tone with myself and my husband, unhelpful and very unprofessional when it came down to trying to obtain information needed for the closing to occur. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Very disatisfied that Redfin uses and recommends this title company for closings."

Our clients were purchasing an almost $2 million dollar home and were unable to sign on the date chosen, due to Title Forward not knowing that their notary service doesn't work on the weekends. Seller Statements were incorrect, and the whole transaction was a mess. We did make it to the closing table, but it was a battle to get there."
