"I had an issue that got resolved by Don, thanks Don. There seems to be a lack of communication between staff and to the customers, so that can be improved. My biggest issue is with Walmart corporate policies, specifically why I can't get a Warranty when I bring my tire in and don't have it installed. Discount Tire allows you to purchase a warranty on a walked in tire so I'll probably just stick with them. But again, thanks to Don for explaining everything."

"Just the other day I went I went in and bought some batteries to have put in a vehicle and it took them 3 and a 1/2 hours and there was only one other car there the whole time and and when they got done I got done I open the hood to look and and the case that covers the batteries wasn't sitting there it was still in another spot in the car and the cover that goes on the other battery wasn't on there it was over the carburetor And so you have to check their work if you don't know. On my Cadillac I asked them if they do oil change and of course they did when they got done I drove away without looking and I noticed Otis my light for the engine came on so I stopped and I noticed I had oil that sprayed all over on the inside under the hood because they forgot to put the cap back on So I took a picture and then I went down and had a pressure washed and cleaned and then went back to their store later and told them and they said oh sorry. They did not offer to do anything not even pay for the cleaning under the hood pretty poor jobs."

"Fantastic service. Got me in for a tire repair after 4:00 when they were technically closed and were done in 30 minutes. Caleb provided great customer service."

"We got a flat tire on Christmas Eve. They were closing at four and these guys worked us in at 3 o’clock so that we could have a nice holiday with our family. They really saved us. My husband went ahead and bought four tires. They were the ones that the technicians recommended, and they were not the most expensive! We feel like we got great service, fair prices, and when we tried to tip them extra they wouldn’t accept."

"Wanted snow tires for my vehicle. Attempted to purchase and order them at the counter. After legitimately 10 minutes the clerk tells me that they "can't get them". I ordered them online for $88 a piece in front of the clerk. Total was $440? $404 before tax. Fine, whatever. Was told that when they arrive I can just show up and have them installed. Show up on Monday morning at opening to find that they don't open until 9 for today only. After finding a associate I was practically heckled for thinking I could have them installed without a appointment. Ie..what they told me. I took my tires up the road to Teller Tire where they installed them professionally. Every dealing I have had with this Walmart auto center has been horrible. Incompetence personified."
