"Thomas was great. Met the owner LT. Great duo. I had a problem with my car that I spent over 1,000.00 on at another shop and it wasn't fixed. I took it in to get a secong opinion terrified they would charge me another 1000.00. Thomas called me a few hours after I dropped it off and told me it was fixed. They fixed it while diagnosing it. It happened to be a loose ground wire they said. I only had to pay the original diagnostic fee i had agreed on when i left it. They could have over charged me and I would have never known. "Thomas provided excellent service; however, the technician who inspected my car did not resolve the shift performance unavailable problem. Initially, he attributed it to the battery, then indirectly linked it to the radio. Subsequently, I sought assistance from another mechanic, and the issue was successfully resolved. It was the camshaft position sensor. The other mechanic said there was no point on replacing the radio. I would not recommend this shop to no one."
