"Credit union will attempt to destroy black credit union members lives. They donโt provide loans or services to help Black people. They deny us all the favors of a credit union. Canvas Credit Union recommended that I buy a car through Northern Auto Brokers one of their partners. They sell lemon vehicles. I am a gig worker who has four business accounts with Canvas Credit Union . As a member, you would think that having three business accounts, one personal account you would get treated with a little bit more dignity and respect because you are a member consistently putting money into your accounts. Northern Auto Brokers sold a Lemonade to me that canvas management referred me to the car after six months needed an engine. Iโm no longer have a vehicle. My career and businesses have been completely and almost decimated due to Canvas Credit Union not having some form of warranty when it comes to buying cars from illegitimate auto brokers and dealerships that will fill lemons vehicles. Canvas credit union would not help me personally, nor did they try to give a loan to my businesses to help rectify the car that needed a new engine box from the car company that they recommended I go to after six months of purchasing the vehicle. Diabolically racist company, take your business elsewhere"
"We went to Canvas to witness a friend of ours signing some documents he is not a member. We were greeted at the door by Joanna who welcomed us and escorted us to a space where we could transact our business she is a notary and professionally walked us through the process explaining each step she was friendly and professional throughout our time. What a wonderful example of customer service in this age of self-help!!! I would highly recommend Canvas because of her!, Thank you Joanna!!"

"I came into the Branch to deposit a check. I was having a stressful day and in a hurry. The customer service agent who assisted me was not only kind and helpful, but he asked me about my day and why I was struggling. He offered me water and donuts. He joked with me and had me laughing. By the time I left my check was deposited and I was less stressed and my day had improved. The people at this branch don't just assist with banking; they take care of their customers on a whole different level. Really."
"I have been comin here for 7 years. I have never ever been talked to, or received the negative attitude from a teller EVER! I had to activate a new card yesterday after banking hours, and I never saw a PIN number. I understand the rules for identification. I tried to explain my scenario and the teller explains she won't do anything for me and Basically it sucks to be me. I told her I didn't expect the ATM to decline my card because I thought it would be the same PIN, so I didn't bring my ID. But I do have it in my car. I had to cancel an appointment. I am going out of town in the next 24 hours,so I was not going to be able to access my debit card for TWO weeks!. While the teller was trying to find my banking history, kept asking me what were my deposits. I could have been gone for 30 seconds to grab my ID. I explained to the manager it is not your rules because I understand, the "I don't give a **** attitude" is what got me. Worst customer experience I've ever had. The rules are not the problem, you can tell me the rules with respect."
