"A disgusting place a lady who takes care of bad terrible service, you go to the business to have services and it turns out that the lady who attends is racist discriminates against migrants thinking that we do not pay tax to us they also discount us on our work. She goes out with this type of comments when she is there it is to serve the public not to discriminate she should look for a better job that lady. not recommended that disgusting person"

"Horrible store. I shipped 2 packages to here for my friend, when he went to pick them up the clerk insisted on collecting a $65 handling fee. When I called to find out why she screamed at me, refused to give me her area supervisor’s name and number and hung up on me. The store I shipped from tried to contact her on my behalf 8 times and she refused to answer the phone. I tried to call corporate UPS to file a complaint but they kept shuffling me around telling me to call different numbers. I have had only very good experiences shipping to other UPS stores around the country. No one else has charged me “handling fees” but corporate UPS did say they can. But it’s usually $5 not $65."

"This store is holding packages and calling the charge a handling fee (due) despite all postage being paid for shipment. No customer service and needs an audit."

"Need to send an urgent document abroad and paid a premium for it and clearly stated the importance and the time it needs to arrive and yet the store sent missing info on my package to ups causing delay and dropped off the package in the morning and didn’t get picked up until 8pm. Glad I called ups directly and found out. Why would someone pay express shipping when the service is no where near express? Next time print the label at home and drop off at the actual ups drop box."
