"Very rude service and refused to box shipment at time of visit claiming the person who boxes up things was leaving soon and they had a backlog to box. Sensitive item being shipped and unwilling to understand importance of securing item and not leaving it out."
"The owner/worker was really rude. when I denied shipping suspecting the amount quoted by him is not right, he said you wasted my time and added that you cannot pay the extra. I would like him to change his attitude and help the customers that is what he is there for.based on the previous comments looks like it’s on going issue and the reply from the store comments like we are looking, forwarding to appropriate team blah blah... it’s just an eye wash"
"This store did not check a box for other labels and my package ended up going to the wrong place and offered no compensation or help. Just blamed the customer. They offer “expert shipping” but can’t figure out how to ship a box to the right location. Then they blamed us for not checking for other labels."
"I've shipped from this location many times, often with prepaid returns for online shopping items. Today was the first time I've had a disagreeable encounter with one of the employees. At issue was a pair of shoes in its box. The return service I chose was "no [outer] box or label required", meaning that the UPS folks are supposed to put the boxed shoes inside another container, rather than just slapping a shipping label onto the shoebox. This employee and I didn't seem to understand each other, and she immediately began arguing with me. If I misunderstood her, she might have tried using her words to explain calmly, rather than huffing and puffing and exclaiming "there's nothing I can do!", etc. As I said, the rest of the owners/employees here have always been professional and nice. Unfortunately I cannot describe her for you, so you can avoid her, without seeming to profile the other employees/owners (not in the way you might assume, cool your jets.) I suspect that her attitude will give her away anyway if you choose to patronize this business, as I hope you will. Just stay away from her."
"This is a great location to drop off Amazon returns. I chose the packageless drop off method and dropped off four items. You just need to scan your QR code from your return email and you are good-to-go. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Store is well kept. Check out the pictures for interior views."
