"In attempting to remortgage my house after my husband passed, i found that there was a UCC lien against my house that had been taken out 10 years before i bought it. This company, i.e. the claims department (especially 1 person that handled my case) was awesome. They were helpful, kept me informed of what was going on and paid off the lien. Just want to say, thank you to the claims department for all they do."

"I bought a lot a few months ago and found out after closing that the previous owner never paid HOA dues in the 10 years he owned that lot. I filed a claim with Alliant National. The agent assigned to me, Ms. Carmen Bissoondial, conducted the appropriate investigation, talked to all the people involved in the debt collection including the previous owner, and requested her upper administration to pay the entire debt including monthly late fees for no payment. The amount to be paid was almost $11,000, and it was all paid off by Alliant National thanks to Ms. Bissoondial's work. She acted on my behalf all the time. She even said to me and the HOA President that she wasn't going to close my file until she gets notification of the received payment. Two weeks after the check was sent out, the HOA didn't call her. She called me to see if the HOA President said anything to me about the payment received. I said I didn't. Then, she e-mailed him and asked, once again, for a confirmation of payment. I got copied on the e-mail. She even asked if the transfer was already made on my behalf and if I was officially the new owner of the lot I had bought. She was so very kind. It was a real pleasure to work with her. Alliant National is a great company with an amazing staff who cares about their clients. I'm so grateful for them! I got so much peace of mind after that debt was paid off. There are, definitely, good people in this world who love what they do."

"Ok so I have never actually done business with Alliant National Title but what I will say about them us that there appearance is great. Judging by their outside appearance this is a company that cares. I noticed that they have a nice conference table set up outside that could be used to do closings and have conferences. They also had a couple other higher chairs that can be used to observe some of the beautiful Colorado scenery. This is probably a company that cares about its employees too. The outside would make me feel comfortable going in for an interview."

"If I could give this business a big fat ZERO I would! We had trouble with our property lines for two years!!! And had never even received a follow up email from them. We had to hunt them down to be able to get answers and push them to do something. I will make it my job to let everyone know to not do business with the so called title company, extremely disappointed! Horrible job and unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM"
