"******UPDATE****** A Huge thank you to Jason and the service team. Mericle RV Service went above and beyond to rectify the situation with our RV. Our family will recommend them to anyone needing service Additional thank you to Amy Mericle for her response and support to resolve our issues. We had a simple warranty repair and the mechanics left mud on the walls, bed, curtains and floor. Also left sawdust all over the bed. The bed is filthy and we will need to get it cleaned. Very Unprofessional!!!!!!"

"I can't say enough about how helpful Jesse and his crew were last week when picking up a new camper. I had brought my own weight distribution hitch to install and seemed to run into issue after issue and, to increase my stress level even more, I was working against the clock as Mericle RV & other stores were soon closing (that had misc parts I might have needed). I believe Jesse must have seen my stress/misery and swooped in to help and, to keep it short, Jesse found a solution to all my problems, took the initiative to install the hitch for me, and I was on my way very soon after. Jesse & Mericle RV service went above & beyond in my situation and I was extremely thankful, I highly recommend them for all your RV service needs!"
