Insight Auto Glass

"Horrible company. They worked on my truck after the body shop was done. They showed up and did not remove the rear window camera and threw it out with the glass. Of course, they say the tech did not see it. The body shop and I knew it was there. The body shop also stated to me that the tech was horrible to deal with. He left a mess in my back seat and did not reinstall the seat cover he took out. When the manager was contacted, they refused to take any responsibility. I was told the supervisor would contact me. It's been over 48 hours, and there is no contact. Also, the tech did not wash the glass after installing, leaving finger prints and obvious sticker goo. Horrible all around."

"Customer service was great in general however I am giving 3 stars due to the 1st technician that replaced my windshield. Poor workmanship and quality control. The passenger side was not sealed properly and i started to get leaks when rain/snow came. Also my vin in the driver side window is now sort of covered up because of the seal(see the picture) . Again, poor workmanship . The worst part is the tech claimed he’s been replacing windshields for 25 years and said would come back and fix the seal but never followed through. I then had to call them back and fortunately they sent a 2nd tech to remove/replace the windshield and calibrate. Safe to say I probably would not use Insight Auto Glass again"

"Kickass. Car got broken into overnight, Safelite was booked and useless for two weeks, got to Googlin, found these guys. Got an appointment at my place scheduled for the same afternoon, James showed up and rocked out a new passenger window for about $60 cheaper than what Safelite had quoted, easy peasy."
