"I reported them to the DMV foe lack of compliance and disclosure. They also wanted 75.50/ sq mile times 16 mi = 1208.00...for a mobile calibration. Apparently the main office couldnt tell me if this was intoxalock or this locations practice. They do not answer phones and return calls. I also reported to the BBB. This company needs to be axed from CO like draeger was."

"WARNING WARNING//This place is the worst. The lady that owns this place is rude and they try to be sneaky about costs. When i signed the agreement never did they say it would be over $400 to get it uninstalled early due to them not running the business right and telling me false information that costed me more money and lost a payment i made to them. The techs are rude as well. They dont have any regard to your time. Now, i was due for a recalibration set for friday at 545 (they dont close till 6 they say) and i get there at 540 and no one was there. I got locked out and had to call intoxalock to extend the time which was a 45 minute call and got charged a late fee. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY."

"I was told the install would take 1.5 hours, it took 4. I had immediate problems with my car and another service center told me the device had been installed incorrectly. Unfortunately replacement parts were shipped to this location again, and the person one the phone was rude, bossy, and didn't listen when I tried to explain my situation."
