This is the only shop that will touch our 2018 AMG GLE 43. They get you in/out in a timely matter. The waiting area is 5x better than any Mercedes Benz Dealership. I actually feel like they care about the vehicle being serviced. I recommend everyone with a Mercedes Benz to checkout HOOVER MERCEDES."

"This is without a doubt The Best Automotive Repair facilities the I have ever been to. What a great facility designed for the customer comfort while waiting. All the same customer service comforts as the Mercedes or other high end dealerships I own a non Mercedes “Exotic Vehicle” and the local dealership wanted to charge me $4000 plus installation for a battery. Mike a Linda researched And found a Mercedes battery that was the same specs. Mike even purchased a special scanner to help with the codes the car created with a low battery. Saved me over $3000. I was so happy I tipped them. Do not go anywhere else. These guys are the best. “Customer for life.”"
