"Took forever for delivery. Then the driver tossed it on the porch, and drove away without even letting us know it was here, Food was cold tasted OLD. Whatever deal they have for delivery now is horrible. Deliver you own Pizza, Oh and to boot, the guy I explained the issue to on the phone had the attitude of “Yeah So???? You guys used to be good, Horrible now"
"Very friendly when I picked up my food, but forgot the 5 sauces I ordered (yes, I do know I should've double checked) and I ordered the garlic stuffed crust and got only the cheese. Either way, nice place and great staff but double check your sauces and don't assume they're in the box."
"If it was possible I would give 0 stars. Me and my husband who is in the military wanted to order some pizza and we placed an order for delivery for two pizzas to be delivered to our apartment complex. Someone on the phone said it would be delivered within 30-40 mins me and my husband waited for an hour and we called papa John's and asked for the status of our order to then be told that it got delivered which we never received the two pizzas then to be hung up on. Then had to call back again which was told our order got refunded which we never asked for all we wanted was our pizza and they couldn't even make a new pizza to be delivered for some reason. Definitely rude and disrespectful to be hung up on not great customer service. Would never order from this location."
"I’ve never had a bad experience here. I always order take out through the app. (Why pay full price when you can get app exclusive deals?!) We usually get chicken bacon ranch and pepperoni bacon pizzas. The garlic crust is worth the extra! Staff is friendly and acknowledges you right away."
