"Long time fan of papa johns. The last 2 orders at this location have had an issue. The first rang out incorrectly and took 10 minutes to resolve, ultimately paid a random amount rather than my bill. Today the food was dried out and had minimal sauce. It was an order in advance and we saw it was ready over 30 minutes early. If you value your time and tastebuds for the price, then I'd recommend another location or different place for pizza."
"I’ve never had this issue happen with our order before. We accidentally forgot tip on the online order and it showed in our delivery. Husband even called after to make sure tip was added. Once our order was received the boxes appeared to be tossed around and pizza was even stuck position as if it were left at a certain angle while on the drive. Called to speak with the manager and was told the order wasn’t placed with their location when it was. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but hope this is a learning opportunity for the team."
"Man I was having a rough day. My car broke down and I made a mistake entering my address. Just wasn’t thinking. I noticed that my order was delivered, but not to my address. I called and spoke to the manager. I explained that I made a mistake. They could have ignored me, but instead they were kind and understanding. They re-delivered my order. This was the first time ordering for Papa John’s. I just appreciate that they gave me a break. Thank you!"
"I've been eating Papa John's my whole life. Thin crust every time, but this is a joke. And the dough has no flavor. Papa John's needs to get it together or at least this location does."
"With the grocery stores selling wine, I will have to get my bread here! Love ❤️ the garlic knots, always delicious. Dylan is an expert dough slapper, and Brayden is a Master knot-tyer (wine sold separately). The chicken poppers are amazing as well."
