"If I could give them 0 stars I would, Marrissa was entirely too rude to my staff. She even told them that if they didn’t call back they were not getting their pizza that they paid for. This unacceptable and being on the Airforce Academy I expected better. I’ve been stationed and have never experienced such a thing. Pizza was also cold."
"Decent product but unimaginable slowness ruins the experience. I live 15 minutes from this outlet. Last night my single 2-topping pizza took just about 1+45 to get to my door. The tracking function on the app or website breaks the process into four sections - - prep, baking, quality inspection, and delivery. Mine took well over 30 minutes in both prep and inspection. Seriously, how long does it take to "inspect" a pizza? Of course when it arrived, the pizza's temperature was tepid at best - - just barely above room temperature. Tasted OK, but the ridiculous wait had us starving, so about anything would've tasted good by then."
