"So very unprofessional. They give me an estimate to install a pump on my tractor. They say 3-4 days to do, they take 1.5 weeks to do it. Before installing the pump I ask for an estimate to install a catwalk and step. They give me a quote for that. When they finally called and said it was ready, I go and pick it up after paying for the job. Upon arriving at my destination I look at the job they did and realize they forgot to install the step. I called them and told Stacy about it. He says oh yeah they did, I see it out there in the shop. Ok bring it in at your convenience and we’ll get it installed right away. I go a week later and they install it. A month and a half later Jesus calls me telling me they never got payed for the step. I said what are you talking about, I payed you people for the whole job. Long story short, Jesus adds his side of the story that I’d called back later and asked to have the step installed and that was why I took it back later. Wow now they want me to pay them another $306 for something they forgot to charge and install initially. The guy try’s to make it seem like I’m the one mistaken. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and dishonest business in a while. Just thought I would take the time to worn other perspective customers that may be considering taking their business to them. Two words “BUYER BEWARE”!!!"
