Long story short, Matthew was phenomenal a my frustration was growing. He took the package details and escalated to a senior UPS contact and Michael assured me my package would be delivered if he had to do it himself. "The staff was just ok, Last time I was in, There was 1 other person in the store shopping... I only saw 1 staff member at the parts counter and maybe 2 in th back. The staff member was handling some sort of phone or internet order and had to make us wait for about 10-15mins before he could lookup the parts we needed in the computer. All said, its a convenient location for me, just a couple blocks from the Arapahoe lightrail station. It's a smaller store and i have found they are often out of stock on items that are usually in stock at some of the bigger locations.... Check the website/app for parts availability and call store to confirm they have in stock before heading there."
