"Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle to this place. A while back I took my 2017 Ford Mustang GT into this place to get an oil change before driving it to Santa Fe, NM. The tech that did my oil change did not screw the oil filter on all the way and my car leaked oil all the way to Santa Fe! The result was my timing chain was damaged. Thanks to the good folks at Ford in NM they showed me the mistake that Fast Traxx made and told me this place would probably owe me a new engine. After speaking with the owner, he asked his tech if he screwed the oil filter on the way. The tech that worked on my car said he did screw the filter on all the way; LIAR! All I can say is thank God my vehicle still had the warranty from Ford otherwise this would have become a bigger issue. Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle to this place. I will never be going back here."

"Full synthetic oil change for santa fe was $100, which seems to expensive but I agreed to it. They got it done on a reasonable time. My only minor complaint is that they somehow left a rubber glove attacked and hangover down when done. Someone saw it and let me know so I crawled under and removed it."
