"I've had a really bad experience at Brighton Auto Body. To start off I emailed the project manager Robert regarding my car and the estimate from my insurance. On the estimate it did specify that there was an electrical issue that needed to be addressed. First conversation with Robert (was weeks after the email) was he's an expert and he knows my car has electrical problems. I've never noticed any issues and have had the car for about 2 years. That being said, they did not look into the electrical issues because the other project manager Matt also said my car had electrical issues and needed $450 to look into the electrical in more depth. Thank goodness I have a friend that works there and he's the one who painted my car and found out five light bulbs and a fuse were blown. He fixed all of them and for some reason one of the brake lights still isn't working. Unfortunately, I will have to take it to another shop that cares about their customers. I also picked up the car today and it is missing a Firehawk decal that is special edition Trans Am decal. I'll be getting with my insurance and they should deduct the auto body that $100 sticker. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Update 3-4-24: Now my bumper has a lump in it. More disappointed then before."

"--Update-- I ended up experiencing some issues with my steering and had a little clank on the door I didn't notice until after I received the car back. Called them up and they looked at it and said, "Yep, that's warranty" and took care of the issue super quick. In and out in 2 days. Knock on wood, I never get in another accident, but if I do, I'll bring it here! --Original Review-- Fantastic work, great customer service, and good communication throughout my entire repair. Robert even "batted" for me when insurance wanted to get me regular wheels for my car instead of the R-Line wheels that it came with. Insurance wanted to deem it aftermarket despite the fact they're factory wheels from VW! Long story short, I got into a pretty bad accident. I needed a repair quickly and everything around me had around a 2 month wait. I opted to take a chance and search outside my normal area and found Brighton Auto Body. Nearly immediately they were able to get me in and I'm so glad I went with them! The repair is great, I don't see anything wrong at this time. They detailed the car and it looks like I just bought it again from the dealership. Both exterior and interior look phenomenal. When I had to pay for the work, they were super nice, straight to the point and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Best part was I able to get my kiddo to daycare in time with time to spare; coffee, breakfast and in the office early! Overall a good experience. The only knock I can give them was them saying my car was gonna be done on Friday for three Fridays in a row, but it wasn't even a huge deal since they kept communicating to me on what happened and what's causing the delay."

"They did amazing and worked fast. It took them 3 days to fix. You can't see the dents on the pictured but it was dented a little. They also detailed my car and it was very affordable compared to other places I got quoted. We would definitely recommend this place!"
