"Edit: I’ve since pulled the motor from the vehicle and replaced it, I begun to tear down the engine and after getting advice from other knowledgeable people within the automotive industry including certified mechanics who’ve witnessed and assisted us with the work performed. These are established and certified mechanics that have a reputation on the line. I removed the valve cover to discover the head had a huge crack around one of the valve springs. Initially when the vehicle broke down, we had it towed back to their dealership to be inspected, they swore to us they inspected it and proceeded to gaslight us about it having no oil. We took it to our mechanic soon after who told us it wasn’t an oil starvation problem. We got a vehicle from them recently and it didn’t even last two weeks until the motor Grenaded itself. We had them look at it and they proceeded to tell us how bad of shape it was in and it just had “low oil” when I observed a faint knock but didn’t think much of it because it was a 200K mile vehicle. When it was there they proceeded to talk to my father and I as if we were stupid and didn’t know what we were doing or talking about. My father and I have a combined 70 years experience of working on cars and we know what we’re talking about. We’ve both worked in shops. We have numerous friends in the mechanic business who can vouch to our knowledge. We asked since we barely got it if they would fix it and they told us 4K on top of the 6 we are paying on it. After we said we would just put in a new motor ourselves for a fraction of the cost. The gentleman, George if I recall, wouldn’t even look us in the eye and his father acted extremely nervous when we started showing our knowledge. And proceeded to argue with us to try and dissuade us to do it ourselves. They tried showing me how to check oil as if I was a five year old when I’ve rebuilt engines, done transmission work etc. they were extremely condescending, argumentative, and rude to us the entire time. But they have no issue showing respect when they get our money and when they made the sale. It’s a very nice truck and I don’t wish to give it up. And I can do the motor. Sure. But the attorneys I’ve talked to said I have a strong case. They must’ve forgotten the lemon law. These are very shady people. And would NOT recommend getting a vehicle from them. A total rip off. Choice one should be choice none."
"Didn't want to do this but, bought a lemon from them a few years back after the "we drove it from Neveda personally" blah blah. Long story short they showed an engine bay in the photos that wasn't the same truck, lied about the check engine light that was on at point of sale. And the terms of the loan were stout for a piece of junk. Do not come here."
"A scam company that places fake car listings on websites like Trucar for cars that have been sold days to months prior and then never removed the listing to attract customers to look at their near totaled used cars. Case and point, 2016 Ford Fiesta for $8,000 that was available to buy for at least 3 weeks but we were told was sold 30 minutes before we came in despite them opening the store right in front of us. Lying Scam artists that waste your time and try to cheat you with banged up low quality cars for far too much money. Don't come here."
"Just bought a 3500 dodge from them. I have bought dozens of trucks in the last 20 years and this was one of the best experiences. no BS, no "sales games". This place is A+, Family Business. you want to do business with these folks."
"So I was in contact with Dave, about a used jeep, spent a few conversations on the phone and assured the vehicle was mechanically sound except maybe a little lose in the front end, had also asked if there were any fluid leaks or saturation on the engine, was told a few drops due to a lose transmission bolt. Knowing I was driving nearly 2 hours, he had assured me the vehicle was worth it. Upon arriving the tires were dry rotted, the AC compressor bearings were whining. The under side and radiator was filled with oil and trans fluid, The cv joints were cracked and differential whining. It struggled getting in and out of 4x4, the front shocks were blown etc etc. When I had walked in to talk to him about it and tell him the issues I was cut off with "I don't wanna hear what's wrong, if you don't want it you don't want it" Dave KNEW there were front end and transfer case issues. Knowing all these were an issue still decided it was best to come out. That being said the level of disrespect by cutting me off and wasting 4 hours of my time and my driver (cash in hand ) was completely unprofessional. I never leave reviews because I'm not a Karen. But this was the epitome of "USED CAR SALESMEN " Be extremely cautious when dealing with this organization."
