"Subaru dealership service centre (Autonation West) would only offer to book the vehicle in…they would not tell me the estimated cost or timeline for a first service on a new vehicle (bought from them) and no “promised call back” to confirm details. Subiesmith answered my call, gave me a price, told me what was involved in a first service, a timeline and told me their availability. I used them, had a super easy experience and won’t go anywhere else if I have an issue come up again. Highly recommend."
