"A warranty repair took an entire two months to complete. I lost thousands of dollars in income because I was unable to commute to work. My advisor kept telling me the part would ship soon. I stopped believing them after the third time they said that. I could've overnight shipped the part in less than two weeks had I known my vehicle would be sitting there for two months. They gave me my car back with my battery almost completely drained. It was a brand new battery purchased in March 2022. It was extremely inconsiderate of them not to put my vehicle on a battery maintainer as soon as they knew their parts were on backorder. After all that, the part was replaced and now my vehicle has more problems than what it came in with. It barely shifts into drive after 10 seconds, and it sounds like metal components are slamming together now. It downshifts more roughly than before in lower gears, paired with a clunk sound. I can't afford to leave my car there for another two months. I will update my review once this problem is resolved in a timely manner that doesn't cost me thousands of dollars more because I have no transportation and no access to public transit where I live. ***Update*** It is now the beggining of July, 10 weeks after my original appointment, and my vehicle still isn't repaired after two trips to service for the exact same problems. The service manager Jeff is understanding. They gave me shuttle rides back and forth the second time, which was considerate. However, none of that matters if the vehicle isn't repaired properly and I have to keep wasting valuable time. I had to use all of my vacation time at work to avoid being fired while I sat idle. I highly recommend going elsewhere for service. I will never return to this dealership and I'm sure the technicians love that because they can't fix a Ford to save their life."
