"Fast, affordable, reliable. Have had to take vehicles in for same-day repairs or maintenance multiple times and they've always been able to deliver. (Obviously this is for things like oil changes, brakes, etc. Projects within reason that don't require parts -- don't be silly they aren't replacing your timing-belt day of) --though if parts are there, I wouldn't put it past 'em!"

"Had a problem with my car, told him what I thought it might be (I'm not a mechanic) and he replaced the part I thought it was. He got me a brand new part instead of a refurbished part, kept my car a cpl days uncaring to know it was my only reliable transportation to work, uncommunicative while charging me an insane price that I could barely afford at the time.
